4100 Henry Ford II Avenue Weaver & Woodbery has formed a joint venture with Nickol Commercial and The Carter Real Estate Fund to reposition these two vacant industrial buildings totaling 398,000 square feet at 4100 Henry Ford II Avenue in the Atlanta airport submarket. The renovations include adding 29 new dock doors for a total of 73; reroofing both buildings; adding new parking and repaving the truck courts; adding three new 50-foot storefronts and painting both the interior and exterior. Both buildings can accommodate tenants from 40,000 square feet up to a full building. 200 to 250 feet deep bays, a 24-foot clear height, and rail access provide functional industrial space in an “A?location for the airport submarket.
