Weaver & Woodbery Company and Scott & Associates, through a joint-venture agreement, developed a fifteen-story, 197,000 square-foot Class A office tower at 16th and Spring Street. One block from the 17th Street bridge. The building is unique to Midtown in that the eight floors of office space were built atop a seven-story parking deck. With easy access and visibility from the downtown connector, Gateway at Midtown was a signature project.
